Submission Requirements

EXT. FILMMAKER'S STUDIO - WITCHING HOUR
A FILMMAKER reviews the sacred rules carved in stone:
• Films must be UNDER 10 MINUTES (including credits)
• No minimum length - terror comes in all sizes
• Created after JANUARY 1, 2024
• English or English subtitled/dubbed
• All entrants must be 18+ years old
• One entry per submission fee
The filmmaker nods, understanding that submission does not guarantee screening. Only the chosen few will compete.

Gold Members: $15

Regular (by Oct 1):

Gold Members: $25
